I am a programme strategist, researcher, and digital practitioner working at the intersection of culture, education, digital transformation, and international collaboration.
With more than ten years of experience across cultural institutions, public organisations, consultancy assignments, and higher education, I design and coordinate programmes, research, and digital initiatives that strengthen knowledge accessibility, institutional development, and public engagement.
My background in art history, critical museology, and UX/UI design enables me to combine cultural governance, research, and digital methods in one practice. I work across strategic and operational levels: developing programme structures, conducting evaluations, shaping digital learning environments, and translating complex institutional objectives into accessible content, processes, and user-centred solutions.
My work has developed within contexts where cultural policy, heritage governance, education, and international cooperation intersect. This includes programme development for public authorities, academic institutions, and cultural organisations, often involving stakeholder coordination, advisory work, and the delivery of knowledge-based outputs in multidisciplinary settings.
Over the years, I have contributed to international initiatives involving partners across Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia. A recurring part of my work is coordinating experts, facilitating dialogue across institutional contexts, conducting mixed-method research, and translating findings into strategic recommendations, reports, and programme improvements that support long-term organisational learning and relevance.
What drives my work is the conviction that cultural knowledge should remain accessible, inclusive, and meaningful in a changing society. By combining research, programme strategy, and digital thinking, I develop frameworks, learning experiences, and digital approaches that connect institutions, knowledge, and audiences in sustainable ways.
