About my expertise
Art History, Cultural Heritage, UX/UI Design & Digital Transformation

At [IN] Tangible Arts & Heritage Consultancy, I combine over a decade of experience in art history, museology, and cultural heritage projects with formal training in UX/UI design to create meaningful, sustainable, and human-centred digital experiences.

I am a product designer and researcher who thrives on solving problems through mixed-method research, ethnography, participatory design, and storytelling. My work is rooted in empathy — using it as a tool for building awareness, inclusivity, and improvement.

With a background in Art History (MA, Moscow State University) and Museum Studies (MA, Reinwardt Academy, Amsterdam University of the Arts), I understand the cultural, social, and functional contexts that shape creativity and heritage. This expertise allows me to translate complex cultural narratives into accessible experiences for diverse audiences.

Alongside this, I trained in UX/UI design at Ironhack, gaining expertise in design thinking, information architecture, and interaction design. This allows me to translate research insights into intuitive and meaningful digital interactions. My approach blends ethnography and participatory methods with design and storytelling, ensuring that projects are not only functional but also inclusive, sustainable, and emotionally resonant.

Every project I take on is guided by three principles: participation, accessibility, and long-term value. By weaving together cultural expertise with digital design, I help institutions and communities transform their heritage into experiences that truly connect with people — today and for the future.

My mission
I am driven by the belief that culture, design, and technology can bring people closer together and inspire lasting change. My mission is to make learning, heritage, and digital experiences more inclusive, engaging, and human-centred — helping organisations connect with their audiences in meaningful ways.
Through research, collaboration, and creative strategy, I work to bridge the gap between people and complex ideas — translating insight into impact and shaping tools, stories, and programmes that empower participation and understanding across cultures.
